Company description Cowhorn Kitchen & Wine is a new restaurant opening in beautiful Jacksonville, Oregon from the owners of Cowhorn Vineyard and Garden and Johan Vineyards.  This small, intimate restaurant will focus on an ever changing menu sourced from its own gardens and neighboring farms as well as other organic producers.  It will be open for lunch and dinner Thursday through Monday. Job description We are looking for a dynamic, multi-talented individual that is respectful, even tempered, hardworking and creative.  This is a very small team and restaurant which will offer diverse experiences and hands on training by the chef.   The team is small and ability to work well in a team environment is a requirement.  You will have the opportunity to work with the best ingredients available in Southern Oregon.  The menu will change throughout the year so it is important that this individual is comfortable with change.
