-actively identify and target new potential on and off premise accounts in the territory.
-canvass, call on, setup appointments with, and meet with prospective new customers in the territory.
-work both independently and with our Boston wholesale reps to open new points of distribution and grow case sales in the territory.
-work in an organized fashion and utilize CRM software to record daily notes, contacts, and visits.
-vastly increase number of points of distribution in the territory and secure menu placements and shelf placements.
The ideal candidate:
-is a strong salesperson with a proven track record.
-2-3+ years experience in wine, spirits, or beer sales is a plus.
-has existing contacts in bars and restaurants.
-is organized and enjoys "pounding the pavement" and the challenge of sales work.
-lives in Boston Metro but is willing and able to drive to opportunities in other parts of the State and Providence at times.
Base Salary 75K and monthly bonuses based off predetermined KPIs. A proficient and aggressive salesperson should earn 50K annually in bonuses in this role. Compensation this position is : salaried, more than 100k Application instructions
