What We’re Looking For
FoodCorps is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Systems & Evaluation team. Reporting to the Salesforce Platform Director and working collaboratively across the organization, this person will be responsible for assisting with the implementation, administration, maintenance, testing, and support of FoodCorps’ Salesforce environment.
The incumbent will join a team engaged in a multi-year project to develop a FoodCorps Community Platform, through the implementation of Experience Cloud, integrated with a highly customized Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) org. The role will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure successful adoption, training, and configuration within the FoodCorps Salesforce ecosystem.
This is a full-time remote position.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration:
- Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 400+ users.
- Manage administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts and dynamic pages, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks.
- Administer user accounts, permission sets, roles, and system access to maintain data integrity.
- Promote change sets from sandbox to production and assist in environment management.
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for updates.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Manage data feeds, periodic imports of external data sources, and other ETL processes using Apsona
- Mobilize and support cross-functional teams in maintaining the database through duplicate management, report management, and general platform simplification.
Process Automation & Integration:
- Automate processes using Salesforce tools, such as flow automation, validation rules, and Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries.
- Identify, install, and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange for event management, mass email, document merge, and more.
- Support validation and formatting of data for import into Salesforce from platforms such as FormAssembly and Qualtrics.
- Setup, prioritize, and/or manage data transfers and integration between Salesforce and other database systems to optimize information sharing, synchronization, and efficiency, such as Paylocity.
User Support, Collaboration, & Training:
- Contribute to the creation/maintenance of training documentation, such as Scribes, training videos, as well as technical process documentation for system sustainability and knowledge preservation.
- Train new users and promote Salesforce skill development across the organization.
- Provide users with technical support and log and track system problems through resolution.
- Enhance the Salesforce user experience through process design, configuration training, and documentation of processes and best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, plan, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that solve critical business needs.
Compensation
this position is: salaried, $75,000 - $100,000
