The daily responsibilities of our Lead Baker/ Manager include but are not limited to: leading the team in it's daily bakes, completing daily pars for wholesale and retail, managing quality, scheduling, inventory control, and general daily delegation of day to day tasks.
Applicant must have previous bakery experience. Must have a background in mising ingredients, knife work, and is highly preferred they have an understanding of basics like scones, muffins, flaky dough, etc...
In general, this role is responsible for making sure our wholesale orders get out on time, our retail shelves our stocked with high quality bread and pastry, and our staff is staying on task throughout their shifts.
Traits of the position include: self starter, comprehension of general basic baking skills, motivated to learn and grow, strong leadership skills and ability to delegate and teach others to allow us to grow. Also must be clean, organized, and have a strong ability to think ahead and anticipate.
