Most of our clients come to us with a variety of dietary preferences and allergens, most commonly: paleo, vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free, nut free. The beauty of our service is that we are able to accommodate many preferences, but it requires a team that is detail oriented and can learn what allergens our clients have.

Job description

The Cupboard is looking for a prep cook to join our team. This role will entail helping to prep vegetables, prepare and package meals for 30+ families in the San Francisco Bay.

This job will entail:

• Prepping vegetables, packaging meals, washing lettuces, and assembling salads
• Working efficiently and quickly
• High attention to detail
• Washing dishes (task shared with other team members)
• Being a part of a team environment where tasks are shared

You:

• Have some commercial kitchen experience
• Are detailed oriented
• Take initiative to solve problems

• Have a positive attitude and are flexible as challenges come your way

• Have a good understanding of physical space and time management

Weekly Schedule:

Mondays 7am-3pm*

Tuesdays 7am-2pm*

Potential to add more shifts

Compensation: Pay is $20-22 hourly. Increasing over time.
