Job description

A typical Figure 8 Fellow has familiarity with the food & beverage industry, or has educational or professional experience with directed project work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Figure 8 Team to support client project needs and support project delivery
• Completes assigned project tasks according to Fig. 8 standards and deadlines
• Continuously replenishes knowledge of industry, products, services and trends
• Completes Fellowship focused research project as follows:
  • Identifying an existing challenge facing the Figure 8 team and food logistics industry
  • Creating a research project plan to address the identified problem
  • Conducting research and analysis of possible systems solutions and their components
  • Developing recommendations for industry best practices
  • Presenting findings and related resources

Capabilities / Qualifications

• Native or equivalent fluency in Spanish and English required
• Experience with completing directed tasks on a project
• Experience with effective collaboration across a project team to provide deliverables and complete tasks
• 1+ years experience from any combination of the following:
  • College degree
  • Professional experience in a consulting environment
  • Professional experience in the food & beverage industry

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
