A typical Figure 8 Fellow has familiarity with the food & beverage industry, or has educational or professional experience with directed project work.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with Figure 8 Team to support client project needs and support project delivery
- Completes assigned project tasks according to Fig. 8 standards and deadlines
- Continuously replenishes knowledge of industry, products, services and trends
- Completes Fellowship focused research project as follows:
- Identifying an existing challenge facing the Figure 8 team and food logistics industry
- Creating a research project plan to address the identified problem
- Conducting research and analysis of possible systems solutions and their components
- Developing recommendations for industry best practices
- Presenting findings and related resources
Capabilities / Qualifications
- Experience with completing directed tasks on a project
- Experience with effective collaboration across a project team to provide deliverables and complete tasks
- 1+ years experience from any combination of the following:
- College degree
- Professional experience in a consulting environment
- Professional experience in the food & beverage industry
