The Farm Manager Apprentice should have 4 or more years of organic or sustainable farming experience with an emphasis on vegetables and herbs.  It would be helpful if they also know how to drive tractors, fix equipment, have experience managing and training employees. Compensation this position is : hourly, $15-20/hr
