Job description

We are looking for an experienced pizza maker!

We make 20" pies in a PizzaMaster electric oven, as well as Sicilians, sandwiches, salads, etc. We make the highest quality food with the best ingredients, and we have a great reputation in our area. The pizzeria is busy and fun and we really pride ourselves on working as a team and supporting each other.  

Job duties include:
-stretching and par-baking Sicilians in the morning
-making slice pies to fill the pizza window, and replenishing as needed
-making pies to order for phone, online, and pickup orders
-light prep of toppings, cheese, and other ingredients
-ensuring utmost cleanliness, safety, and ingredient freshness at all times, and participating in thorough nightly cleans of kitchen space
-working collaboratively and cooperatively alongside other pizzamakers and staff

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
