Job description

We are a bagel shop by day and weekend night pizza shop serving Mountain style pan pizza. The candidate must be responsible and dependable. We need someone who learns quickly, and demonstrates a great work ethic. The ideal candidate will have previous pizza and kitchen experience. You should have speed, sense of purpose and high personal standards.

Potential/Required Schedule:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 3-9pm

Responsibilities:
- Prepare all ingredients and cook pizzas to order.
- Monitor, order and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Cook pizzas to perfection and on time.
- Take order by phone and in person and process payment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a pizza cook or working in a kitchen.
- Knowledge of pizza dough stretching, topping, and baking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
