JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Coordinator is a key part of the manufacturing food production, customer service and sales support, and fulfillment operations. You are a highly detailed individual who likes working in a dynamic environment. You enjoy taking initiative and the management of a project. You're a big team player and like to positively impact the culture and environment. You love serving others.

Monday - Friday : 4-6 hours per day and as needed seasonally
Potential for Full-Time position

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Operations Manager with daily food production schedule and execution including scheduling, purchasing, record keeping and documentation
• Customer service and sales support including order processing and fulfillment including logistics requirements
• Marketing initiatives such as weekly emails, social media and other related activities.
• Organizing and overseeing positive production teamwork dynamics and successful daily execution and fulfillment of goals

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Operational and administrative experience
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Experience with applications such as Quickbooks UPS, FEDEX, Shopify, Amazon
• Ability to move with agility and to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative and willing to learn
• Strong commitment to teamwork
• Reliability and consistency with work ethic and attendance
• Positive attitude
