Job description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition by developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and SEO
- Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content to support marketing initiatives and increase brand awareness. Capture user-generated content for organic marketing
- Social Media Community Management: Develop and engage an organic social following through relevant content and active community management on primary social media channels
- PR and Influencer Marketing: Identify and execute collaborations with influencers to amplify brand reach and generate buzz. Build and maintain relationships with relevant media outlets to secure media coverage
- Partnerships: Source and execute strategic partnerships with other emerging brands
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI. Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics
- Brand Marketing: Collaborate with founding team on engagement with full-stack design agency
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of direct experience in DTC marketing, social media management & content creation
- Creative thinker with a passion for building outstanding consumer brands
- Excellent communication skills: ability to effectively convey brand messaging and engage with target audiences
- Self-starter with a high level of energy, initiative, resourcefulness, ability to work independently and to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
- Previous product launch experience in F&B / CPG preferred
Compensation
this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $15.00 - $25.00
