Job Description

• Sushi experience preferred

• Have progressive kitchen management experience

• Must be able to prepare/cut whole fish

• Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures and sanitation practices

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from members of management, employees, and guests

Compensation

this position is: salaried, $75,000 - $100,000
