Job description
We are hiring a part-time Sales and Operations Coordinator to assist in the management of our supply chain, manufacturing, operations and sales departments. The position is part-time but could quickly turn into a full-time role for the right person and as the company grows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage all POS, shipping, and BOLS for both distributors and warehousing facilities.
- Coordinate with warehousing partners to ensure on time and in full delivery to distributors.
- Maintain customer service and sales email inboxes.
- Maintain and manage ERP and inventory systems, including managing and creating product builds.
- Create sales orders via inventory management system and email invoices to customers.
- Enter new customers and maintain customer information in the inventory management system.
- Pursue any unpaid invoices.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and informatively.
- Enter sample requests for the sales team.
- Confirm storage inventory levels versus our records on an ongoing basis.
- Assist in maintaining levels of inventory at Amazon for Amazon fulfilled orders.
- Organize and maintain Google Drive so that files are easily accessible for the rest of the team.
- Respond to questions and reviews on Amazon.
- Maintain Amazon posts.
- Setup, track & follow up on all shipping logistics for freight shipments.
- Resolve mis-shipments and delays as they arise.
- Answer order-related questions from colleagues and customers.
- Other operational tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years work experience, preferably in an administrative, operational, or CPG setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- This is a remote role so the ability to work independently and to manage and prioritize time and responsibilities is a must.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Experience with applications such as Quickbooks, Shopify, Amazon
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
