We are a Biodynamic and organic Produce Farm in the blue ridge Mountains of Floyd County Virginia.
We have wholesale accounts and a Farmers market. Fruit Trees, Asparagus, Garlic, Onions, Potatoes, Broccoli, Carrots, Greens, Herbs, CBD, Squash, cucumber, melon, sweet potato....etc..
We serve our local community!
We are looking for a full time Farmer to manage our field production. We use small precision tractors and hand tools to work 4 acres. much of that is in low input row crops. with 1/2 acre in intensive veggy rotation.
We love to work in the mountain air/weather patterns and have an excellent efficient set up to operate in.
housing available, Salary plus percentage of sales. Negotiable based on experience and references.
Job description
Excellent position for a green thumb plant lover.
Manage planting, growing, harvest and sale of veggies and fruit on 5 acres. Must be experienced in the market gardening skills. Excellent and beautiful land and local community to work in. Housing Available.
