Chleo is located in uptown Kingston, NY. We have small, seasonal food menu that is focused on the bounty of the Hudson Valley. Our goal is to work closely with local farmers to develop our menu offerings and create a space where our community can gather over good food and good drink. Our small kitchen crew is looking to add new members to our team.
We have available positions both in AM Prep roles and PM Line roles.

Working Environment: We are a from-scratch kitchen. We work closely with farms and ranchers in order to build our menu and try to implement as many zero-waste solutions as possible. We are a small team of passionate individuals that all work together. We demand respect for your teammates and respect for the space. We have an open kitchen and encourage our cooks to engage with guests and service. Our kitchen features a live-fire grill where a majority of our menu is cooked.
We are only open for dinner service Tues-Sat. (Sundays and Mondays off.) Shifts start at 2PM.
Our cooks are scheduled full time at 4 days a week, part time also negotiable. Paid vacation and time off. Staff meal daily. Discounted restaurant dining. Option to join our group health insurance plan.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $19.00 - $24.00
