Looking for part time work with a fixed schedule?
No nights! Enjoy a set daytime schedule with minimal weekend hours and consistent, consecutive days off. We are looking for someone who wants a solid job with room to grow for years to come.
Schedule, 2 full days:
- Thursday 9am - 5pm
- Friday 9am 5pm
- There is the possibility for Saturday hours if desired; 8am-1pm
Our perfect production cook:
- Can work multiple projects on the hot line
- Is comfortable working with large quantities of food
- Follows directions well and has an eye for detail
- Works independently but is open to collaboration with a team

- Can own a project
- Has confidence, knowledge, care and self-motivation
- Communicates calmly and clearly under pressure

- Able to work with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality
- Has a minimum of one year professional cooking experience, bonus if it was in a high volume kitchen
Specific tasks:
- This position will work primarily on the hot line, you must be comfortable working on the line throughout the course of the day
- Cleaning, preparing and roasting chicken and other proteins
- Cooking pasta and grains
- Browning and grilling chicken and beef
- Following recipes to produce delicious dressings, sauces and soups
- Portioning and packing meals
- End of day clean up
Compensation:
- Competitive pay starting at $25-27 an hour

Compensation
