Job description

The Italian Food Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist will be an essential part of the Gustiamo dream team. They will be responsible for organizing our ecomm day-to-day operations, making sure that our amazing Italian food arrives successfully on the tables of the Gustiamo community.

Key responsibilities include:

• preparing, processing, picking, wrapping, packing, and labeling orders for fulfillment
• communicating with our customer service team to help handle special customer requests
• selecting and contributing to marketing material
• organizing and maintaining inventory, including performing inventory counts
• assisting with daily warehouse operations

The ideal candidate:

• has interest with tasks in a retail/ecommerce fulfillment setting
• has a strong desire to be part of a team and is ready to jump in when needed
• lives within a 30-minute commute to/from Gustiamo in the Bronx
• is friendly, with an energetic attitude towards work and life
• Italian language skills and/or passion for Italian food is a plus!

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
