Hightop Burger was originally launched in 2021 as a modern take on the classic diner. Our specialty is smashburgers, and our goal is to become Raleigh's go-to smashburger. Beyond burgers, we offer a variety of other grill-oriented items, salads, sandwiches, and fried sides. Since 2021, many things have changed, including a shift to a food truck that is soon to have a permanent residence in downtown Raleigh. Our goal is to continue to grow our footprint in the triangle.

Job description

We are looking for our next Lead Cook and face of Hightop to help us continue to grow. This role is customer-facing as it is currently based in our food truck in downtown Raleigh. You will be responsible for daily prep, service, and clean-up on a regular schedule. While you will oversee other staff during specific shifts, there are shifts you will be a solo act.

This role can start immediately and has the chance to grow into a larger role within the organizations as we grow. This is a great opportunity for the right person to transition into a management and leadership role within our company.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $17.00 - $20.00
