Job description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Grower to join our team at a rapidly scaling small company dedicated to revolutionizing the food system. As a dedicated team player with at least one year of agricultural operations experience, you align with our mission of prioritizing sustainability and access in the food system.
In this role, you will contribute to planting processes, including seeding, transplanting, harvesting, packaging, and labeling produce. Your responsibilities include collaboration on creating crop schedules and maintaining grow systems through monitoring, cleaning routines, and data collection.
This is a physical farming position. Farm Hands must be able to be on their feet for 7 hours a day and lift 50 pounds.
Your loyalty to the team is evident as you anticipate plant and team needs. You pride yourself on organizational skills and cleanliness, ensuring proper equipment storage and functionality before leaving the farm. You will report farm metrics, inventory, and updates to the the Farm Manager, and support in farm installations as available.

Compensation
