Founded in 2010, we now ship our distinctive hand-blended organic full-leaf tea blends and single-estate pure leaf tea selections to the finest shops, restaurants, spas and hotels around the world. Job description
We are looking for engaging and responsible persons who are interested in tea and looking to immerse themselves in our dynamic and creative world. Our ideal candidate is a hardworking self-starter with a background in customer service.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Create welcoming and engaging environment, providing excellent customer service to clients
- Maintain clean and organized workspace and brand visual aesthetic
- Complete opening and closing duties including some light cleaning work
- Develop and manage in-store tasting events and other promotional events
- Assist with inventory and stock management
- Provide production assistance as necessary
- Assist management with special projects
- Meet exceed and sales goals
Requirements:
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Must be motivated, hardworking, friendly, reliable, organized and adaptable - we are a small team and all wear many hats!
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
