Responsibilities:
As a Landscape Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and coordinating the activities of our dedicated landscape workers and groundskeeping crews. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Overseeing and organizing high-quality execution of landscaping projects.
- Evaluating potential landscape installations, creating estimates, and providing excellent customer service.
- Performing various groundskeeping tasks, such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and weed removal.
- Caring for trees by pruning, fertilizing, and addressing diseases or pests.
- Providing top-notch lawn care services, including aeration, fertilization, and overseeding.
- Conducting landscape maintenance tasks, such as mulching, edging, and flower or shrub planting.
Requirements:
To excel in this growing position, you should have:
- Proven experience in landscape construction or maintenance management.
- A deep knowledge of landscaping techniques and principles.
- Familiarity with a wide range of landscaping tools and equipment.
- The ability to safely operate machinery like Skid steers, mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other common equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong desire to lead crews by positive example and adapt to project challenges.

Job Summary:
