Woodhouse Lodge is a small hotel with an on-site restaurant, Wodohosue Pizza. Our menu features clean, elevated pizza and small plates and a farm-to-table catering menu. We focused on quality ingredients, natural wine, and artisanal cocktails.

We are looking for a reliable individual with great people skills, a passion for service, and good vibes to join our catering staff.
We are a small, fun team, and we can't wait to meet you!

Our catering staff is typically on site from 1-9 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Job description

If you love great food, hosting beautiful parties, and have a passion for service give is a shout!

KEY DUTIES

1. Assist with Wedding & event set up
2. Set tables with the direction of catering caption
3. deliver food and bev to tables (family style & passed apps).
4. Assist with clean up and break down of dinner service.
5. Help maintain inventory plates etc.
6. Manage small events and private dining execution.
7. Communicate in a timely manner via email, phone, and in person.
8. Maintain service quality and restaurant health and safety, clean-up according to side work checklists.
9. Receive deliveries, Stock inventory appropriately, and manage any order errors.
10. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
11. Communicate Needs to the kitchen team.
12. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven restaurant or catering experience
• Familiar with the industry’s best practice
• familiarity with high-end events
• Experience fostering a positive and motivated team through a clear, fair, and consistent management strategy.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
