Lior is the author of 4 books including The Art of Blending, The Spice Companion, Mastering Spice, and A Middle Eastern Pantry along with recipes, cooking tips, and products and events in collaboration with chefs and culinary minds including Daniel Boulud, Gail Simmons, Eric Ripert, Jean Georges Vongerichten, and Apollonia Poilâne.

La Boîte is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team here in NYC.
Some key responsibilities include:
- hands-on participation in all daily activities with full team accountability
- managing invoices, shipping, and receiving for daily deliveries
- warehouse and inventory management
- daily operations and team coordination
- process and systems expertise
- excellent attention to detail
- development, implementation, and continuous improvement of warehouse and retail operations
- strong written and verbal skills
- must be a strong team leader including great communication, training, and development
- supervision and upholding of quality standards

Compensation
this position is: salaried, $50,000 - $75,000
