Canoe Hill is seeking an experienced Chef to lead our culinary team.
Desired candidates will be:

Skills & Requirements
+ At least 4+ years previous service and supervisory experience at an operation with similar culinary, service, and operational standards
+ Ability to form and lead a strong BOH team.
+ Relationships with local farmers and fisheries, as well as wholesale suppliers
+ Excellent kitchen and facilities operation knowledge
+ High standards of cleanliness and health code
+ Ability to demonstrate leadership skills; inspires and motivates others to perform well
+ Clear, strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Advanced experience in cooking techniques
+ Advanced knowledge of kitchen machinery and maintenance

Compensation
this position is: salaried, $75,000 - $100,000
