At Pearl Street Caviar we specialize in providing the best quality caviar to anyone and everyone - we believe it shouldn't be reserved just for the fancy folks.

We distribute wholesale to over 100 restaurants nationwide as well as providing retail options.

All of our caviars are sourced from farms around the world that are located on natural waterways with high water flow to ensure the sturgeon are exposed to unique minerals and vitamins only found in the wild. Additionally we only harvest in cold-water months to maintain structure (firmness/pop) and flavor.

Once the product is received directly from the farm, our team of three caviar specialists nurture, turn, and age the caviar to have the optimal flavor, maturity, and presentation for our partners. We then pack the tins and send them as desired when an order is received.

Our caviar is just the eggs and a little bit of salt (salt from the Alps). That’s it.

Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented caviar tech and delivery driver to process, pack and deliver orders. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining the quality and freshness of our products from receiving the order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders received via a number of different platforms (phone, text, online, etc)
• Prepare and package caviar products for delivery and shipment.
• Safely and efficiently deliver caviar products to retail and wholesale customers.
• Ensure all deliveries are accurate, timely, and meet quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing products.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations related to food handling and delivery.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to drive company vehicles to fulfill job duties
• Proven experience as a delivery driver
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
