  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of the job.

Schedule Expectations: these are pending adjustment as needed for the team, labor model, and/or success of the restaurant

  • Work a minimum of 3 days per week on the floor filling an active service role, an average of 6 hour shifts (e.g. not always first cut).
  • Most of the time, Mondays will be one of your days off. You can manage whether Sundays or Tuesdays will be your other day off, as it makes sense for the schedule. We want to prioritize that this role has 2 days off in a row whenever possible.

Some work can be done remotely, but you’ll need to overlap with the team starting at 3pm on the 5 days a week you’re working (most days you’ll be there from at least ~3-8/9pm or on occasion ~1-7/8pm when meetings start earlier). On the days you aren’t working a service shift, you can complete some of your computer work at the restaurant alongside service, while keeping an eye on the team and flow/ jumping in to support if needed.
