REAP Wellness is a Philly-based small business built around making eating well easy and delightful, in a variety of ways. We started out serving our clients through our plant-based meal service, which delivers to Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs, and in 2021 we expanded our business with a brick-and-mortar location, REAP Mini Mart, in the heart of Fishtown.

REAP Mini Mart is a destination for eating well with ease, serving up a changing menu of house-made prepared foods, made-to-order smoothies from our Blend Bar, and an ever-growing retail selection filled with items that make eating well—on-the-go and at home—easier and more delightful.

Job description

We are looking to add a REAP Mini Mart Team Member to our crew!

The best fit for this role is a friendly and reliable self-starter who is comfortable jumping in where needed throughout their shift, whether that’s making smoothies at the Blend Bar, prepping for the Blend Bar, checking customers out at the POS, stocking shop inventory, creating product labels, testing new smoothie recipes, and the list goes on. Experience working in a cafe or market environment is a bonus, but not required.

We love sharing our healthy creations with everyone who walks into our storefront, and we are looking for someone who will share in that enthusiasm. We are looking for team members who are available to work 3-4 shifts per week, and weekend availability is a must. This job comes along with plenty of free food, and we also offer a 25% employee discount on in-store items.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
