Our mission is to cultivate a welcoming and ever-evolving botanical space for creativity and community. Our store carries herbs, veggies, fruits, flowers, cacti, succulents, California native plants, Australian native plants, indoor plants, and more.
Job description
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 60+ pounds
- Daily interaction with customers
- Operate cash register
- Answer telephone calls
- Assist with large daily merchandise deliveries, including unloading and pricing of plants, soil, pottery, and garden supplies
- Assist with merchandise stocking
- Assist with event and workshop set-up and clean-up, as needed
- Work efficiently and independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Personable and friendly demeanor
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Team player
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Plant knowledge and farming experience a plus
