We are seeking a butcher to join our new, small-scale butcher shop and to grow with our team. We would prefer a candidate with experience but are willing to train the right person. This person will play a crucial role in the processing and preparation of beef and hogs every week while adhering to USDA regulations and maintaining high quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a team player, assisting on the kill floor weekly and during chicken processing when needed.
