As a Warehouse Operative / Driver you’ll be a part of a dynamic, responsive team at Natoora Miami. You will have a key role in ensuring our customers’ orders are ready on time and delivered with focus on customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time hourly position shifts start between 5:30am and 8:30am, 5 days a week including Saturdays and some holidays. Scheduled shifts are 8 hours but availability for overtime is sometimes necessary. The job requires full shifts working in and out of a refrigerated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Moving, rearranging and replenishing stock according to FIFO, either by hand or with lifting equipment
- Receiving, weighing, and documenting incoming deliveries
- Picking, packing and quality checking orders
- Driving a 16' Box truck to delivery locations
- Loading delivery vehicles
- General warehouse upkeep including maintenance and daily cleaning tasks
- Follow and uphold best food safety practices and OSHA regulations
Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 Lbs repeatedly
- Ability / Willingness to drive a 16' automatic box truck (experience a +)
- Willingness to work in cold temperatures
- Focus on attention to detail and quality
- Strong team mindset
- Ability to work in a time-constrained environment
- Willing to learn about our seasonal products and operational procedures
- Comfortable using tablets/computers for documenting
- FL Drivers license (REQ.)
