Job description

Our ideal candidate is someone with operational experience, a working knowledge of produce and perishables, and a keen interest in creative problem-solving. Our team is focused, hardworking, and energetic, we look for the same in this candidate.

The role will have the primary responsibility of receiving inbound shipments, managing inventory controls, and the preparation and delivery of customer orders to local accounts. The role will also involve general operations support to our Operations and Regional Leads.

As a Warehouse Operative / Driver you’ll be a part of a dynamic, responsive team at Natoora Miami. You will have a key role in ensuring our customers’ orders are ready on time and delivered with focus on customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time hourly position shifts start between 5:30am and 8:30am, 5 days a week including Saturdays and some holidays. Scheduled shifts are 8 hours but availability for overtime is sometimes necessary. The job requires full shifts working in and out of a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities:

Moving, rearranging and replenishing stock according to FIFO, either by hand or with lifting equipment
Receiving, weighing, and documenting incoming deliveries
Picking, packing and quality checking orders
Driving a 16' Box truck to delivery locations
Loading delivery vehicles
General warehouse upkeep including maintenance and daily cleaning tasks
Follow and uphold best food safety practices and OSHA regulations

Job Requirements

Ability to lift 50 Lbs repeatedly
Ability / Willingness to drive a 16' automatic box truck (experience a +)
Willingness to work in cold temperatures
Focus on attention to detail and quality
Strong team mindset
Ability to work in a time-constrained environment
Willing to learn about our seasonal products and operational procedures
Comfortable using tablets/computers for documenting
FL Drivers license (REQ.)

Compensation

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $21.00 - $24.00
