Who we are:

• We’re a whole animal butcher shop, organic grocery, and sandwich deli located in downtown Jersey City.
• We’re a close knit team of hardworking butchers, cooks, and customer service professionals.

Who you are:

• A food professional who's eager to learn whole animal butchery and fabrication.

What you’d be doing:

• Learning how to break down beef, pork, and lamb into steaks, chops, roasts, and more.
• Learning how to cook every cut on the animal.
• Merchandising the butcher case.
• Sausage production: grinding, stuffing, and linking.
• Maintaining a clean and organized butcher block, walk-in, and prep area.
