Our flagship is a meticulously restored former bank with an interior balcony, velvet banquettes, the original vault, and gilded murals adorned with flowers.

Banque provides exceptional products as your go-to indulgence or as the perfect gift for special occasions, or just because. Our state of the art chocolate and pastry production facility is helmed by a world-renowned chocolatier.

We are currently looking for pastry chefs and chocolatiers who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our company as we open and expand. Experience in pastry kitchens necessary. Chocolate experience is helpful.

Description:

• Production of all Chocolate and Gelato for our boutique and website sales
• Assist in developing items for boutique and e-commerce
• Work diligently to produce the highest quality product with best shelf life
• Update head chocolatier of inventory and reordering needs
• Maintain a well-organized production space with safety protocols and hygiene practices
• Maintain the highest standard of hygiene and organization
• Work efficiently and with care

• Reports to Head Chocolatier and Executive Chef

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Interpersonal communication within a small team
• Strong chocolate skill with an emphasis on technical knowledge is a plus
• Love of pastry and chocolate with a commitment to excellence
• Great time management
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Problem solver able to come up with efficient solutions
• Ability to stand and work for shifts of 8+ hours
• Available to work holidays and weekends to cover shifts as necessary

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $22.00 - $30.00
