Job description

Our small company is seeking a new operations employee to join our team in a key support position. This full time role involves support to both the billing and purchasing aspects of our business. The work definitely involves regular data entry in Quickbooks as well as entering and handling of purchase orders for the buyers. Inventories and occasional assistance with operations crew packing orders for outbound are involved too - as is common in our food industry, with a smaller company and team like ours on the busiest weeks many of us wear multiple hats to get everything done.  

The ideal candidate for this job has excellent organizational skills and a genuine comfort and accuracy working with numbers. Our industry is one in which suppliers like us are expected get the paperwork and orders correct - we are judged on our our team's ability to consistently get the details right.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $62,400.00 - $72,000.00
