Job description

Artifact Coffee is looking for an amazing individual to join our team as a cafe team member. The right candidate will work with guests to represent our approach around sourcing, hospitality, and coffee. The schedule is Thursday-Sunday/Monday 7.30am-3:30pm.

Responsibilities:
-Serve guests at the counter with warm, confident service. Be knowledgable about coffee, tea, and our food offerings along with ability to talk about food systems and farming.
-Able to maintain speed of service.
-Prepare beverages according to established standards including working on a high-volume manual espresso bar.
-Run food and maintain the dining room as needed.
-Provide empathetic, thoughtful service to guests.

Compensation is based on a tip pool, averaging over $23/hr in total compensation.
