Van Da, a Michelin-recognized modern Vietnamese restaurant in the East Village of NYC, offers a rare opportunity for a dynamic, passionate & ambitious chef whose dream is to run a restaurant of their own.

We’re looking for an individual who is passionate Southeast Asian cuisine, has a strong grasp of modern cooking techniques, and carries themselves with a positive, professional demeanor. Strong references are a must.

We offer a highly competitive financial package in the range of 85K year and for the right candidate can also include bonuses & partnership.

We are looking for someone with a great attitude and sense of professionalism with good longevity/loyalty in their work history. Strong references are also a must.
