Job description
I am looking for someone to lead the dinner team. Everyone on my team has a four day work week, paid overtime, health insurance, a share of the tip pool, and paid vacation. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Creative collaboration on menu and dish development
Recipe development
Prep and butchery
Capacity to work every station, including expediting dinner service
Upholding the standards in place in this kitchen, for quality, cleanliness and sanitation, and workplace environment
The ideal candidate would be a partner in shaping the future of this busy restaurant, and would be able to be creative within the parameters of Coquine's goals and ideals. This kitchen prides itself on motivation by lifting people up, not tearing them down. I strive to create an environment where people can learn, grow, and feel inspired. We consider our carbon footprint in everything we do, as well as the community of farmers and artisans without which there would be no Coquine.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
