Responsibilities include planning and facilitating orientations for mentors and apprentices, conducting site visits, mediating mentor-apprentice relationships as needed, and evaluating the program with participants. The program aims to balance apprentices’ learning goals with farmers' operational needs.

Responsibilities include designing outreach strategies to attract diverse applicants, serving as the primary contact for grantees, and managing financial tracking for grant reporting with the finance lead. Additional duties involve establishing a peer-led network for urban farmers, gathering impact data to highlight the program’s contributions, and expanding the Advisor Network by building relationships with experienced mentors in agroecology and cooperative farming. Provide technical assistance to help grantees build resilience and meet their project goals.
Collective Governance:
Actively engage in Agroecology Commons’ collective governance, which emphasizes collaborative decision-making and participation in various organizational circles (Collective Organizing, Land Stewardship, Community Education, and Networks and Solidarity). Contribute to organizational wellness and equity while supporting collective conflict resilience through direct feedback and restorative justice practices.
