In tandem with our clients, we innovate menu plans based on local seasonal harvests and ingredients sourced whenever possible from regional farmers and purveyors.

Job description

Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Focusing on a farm to table concept, we cater large weddings and events throughout the WNY area. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations. This position requires a strong background in food service and kitchen management, along with excellent supervisory skills to lead our kitchen staff effectively.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Management experience in a professional kitchen is a must.
• Culinary school or 3-5 years working in professional kitchen is a must.
• Desire to learn, grow professionally.
• Positive attitude, motivated, team player.
• 35+ hours per week. Saturday availability a must. Sundays preferred.
• Comfortable driving a 18 foot food truck.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Off site catering experience preferred.
