Do you love agriculture and want to help local farmers succeed? Join Cornell Cooperative Extension Madison County as a Local Foods Educator to enhance local agriculture through innovative programming and support.
What You'll Do:
Lead engaging Ag Economic Development programs in ag marketing, agritourism, and local foods promotion.
Support local farm businesses with events like Open Farm Day.
Serve as a resource for agricultural producers and community members.
Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community leaders.
Evaluate and improve programs for greater impact.

What You’ll Bring:
Master’s degree in a related field OR a Bachelor’s with 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience in agricultural development.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to plan and evaluate educational programs.
