La Baguette is the sister bakery to Andiario, an award-winning restaurant in West Chester, PA renowned for its culinary excellence and focus on local sourcing. In 2019, Andiario’s owners acquired the bakery from its original French proprietor and brought on experienced bread baker Scott Weymiller to lead our bread program.
Scott’s passion for agriculture and the local grain economy guides our collaborations with regional farmers and mills, allowing us to craft artisanal breads rooted in sustainability and tradition.

Now Hiring: Bakers
We’re expanding our production and days of operation to meet growing demand and are looking for passionate, skilled bakers to join our team. As a neighborhood bakery, we prioritize quality over quantity and carefully source our ingredients. We’re seeking individuals eager to deepen their understanding of fermentation, the local grain economy, and the craft of artisanal bread baking.
Position Details:
• Full-time position
• Hourly rate based on experience
Ideal Candidates Will Be:
• Passionate about bread and fermentation
• Available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working on their feet for 8-12 hours
