Job description
Responsible for supervising service and closing the restaurant down each night it’s open. In charge of all BOH operations when the chef de cuisine isn’t around. In charge of maintaining a strict quality control, inventory sheets, and lastly watching over cleanliness of kitchen to comply with food safety standards. Forty-fifty hour work weeks, 20-30$ hourly or salary options based on experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 year solid kitchen experience
Strong work ethic
Leadership skills
Time management skills
Menu planning/creativity
Strong cooking and pastry skills

Compensation
