What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting customers via email, online chat, and phone—answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every interaction is a positive one.
- Updating and editing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Logging quality control issues and helping ensure our products meet our high standards.
- Creating and maintaining customer information documents like FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and product education resources.
- Communicating with the production and fulfillment teams to resolve order-related inquiries quickly and smoothly.
Who We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Someone comfortable using email, chat platforms, and customer service software (or willing to learn quickly). Proficient in G Suite, Google Voice, & Shopify is a major plus.
- Someone with experience in customer service (bonus points if it’s in e-commerce, natural health, or herbal products).
- A patient and empathetic communicator who enjoys helping people.
- A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and can find solutions quickly.
- Detail-oriented and organized—accuracy matters when handling orders and customer information.
- A passion for natural wellness, herbalism, and organic living—our customers love learning about our products, and we want you to enjoy talking about them!
- Must be available to work weekends.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
