We were born from a background in fine dining and a particular love and appreciation for the culinary traditions and philosophy of French cooking, eating, and drinking. Think dinner at your French grandmother’s farmhouse on the Northern Coast. We’re coming in hot with some really special ingredients, honestly prepared to make beautiful, satisfying french cuisine... Job description
We are looking for hardworking, creative cooks that are interested in learning and growing in a fast- paced environment. Fine dining experience, a friendly demeanor and sense of curiosity and resourcefulness are preferred!
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale neighborhood restaurants
Ability to operate in an organized and efficient manner throughout prep and service, ability to 'own' a station and operate according to DOH standards
Experience with technical knife skills and fabrication
Commitment to service quality, excellence, and sincere hospitality
Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to self-manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a timely manner
Proven verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, tackle flights of stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
