Arden is an award-winning master-planned, Agrihood community in western Palm Beach County in South Florida. The Arden Farm grows a variety of vegetables produced using organic methods for a 2,400 member CSA.

Job description

We are seeking a farmer to join our friendly, hardworking crew. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the Agrihood community movement. In addition to our 2,400 member CSA we also maintain a Children’s Garden, a U-Pick Garden, two Butterfly Gardens, and a General Store. We are looking for a problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement. Candidates must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time. At least one year of organic vegetable production experience on a similar or larger scale required. Position requires occasional night and weekend work once or twice a month.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, $50,000 - $75,000
