Job description
The Vermont Foodbank seeks a new self-motivated, energetic Network Partner Support Coordinator. This full time, hourly, and in person (Out of our Barre office) position reports to the Senior Manager-Operations Program Services. The primary components of this position include customer service supporting the Vermont Foodbank’s Network Partners via email or over the phone with the online ordering system including troubleshooting account issues, changes to monthly orders, addressing mis-picked orders, etc. The position will also alert agencies of product availability, specifically around fresh produce and The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).

This position is an hourly, non-exempt position. The starting pay for the position is set at $26.87 with eventual potential range ($52,793 to $71,425) placement based on years of experience within VF compensation equity roadmap.
