Job description

We are looking for folks to staff our Atlanta area markets for the upcoming season. We work with local fruit orchards to bring their fresh products to market. Seasonally we sell strawberries, asparagus, peaches, plums, pears, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, apples, and citrus.

Our warehouse is on the westside of Atlanta and we operate at numerous farmer's markets inside and outside the perimeter. Markets are primarily on weekends with most shifts being around five-six hours on Saturday and/or Sunday mornings. Some weekday markets will be available if your schedule permits.

Must Haves:
Must be at least 16
Smart Phone Access (to process credit cards)
Ability to lift 40+ lbs
Availability on Weekend mornings and afternoons (7 am-2 pm)
Vehicle to transport equipment (small tent and tables)*

Helpful, but not mandatory:
Restaurant or farmers market experience

Pay is at least $20/hour for the markets. This is typically around five-six hours between setup, market time, and breakdown. (And free fruit of course!)

*We do occasionally have staff members without vehicles who assist at markets. If this is your situation, please contact us and we can discuss particulars.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
