Company description
We utilize permaculture techniques and practices on our farm to conserve water, enhance natural habitat, protect pollinators, and build soil carbon. Our farm grows vegetables, herbs, grapes, and apples and raises chicken, lamb, and pork on pasture. We are Certified Organic and Bee Better Certified.
With the crops we grow we make seasonal pestos, hummus, fresh juice, wines, vinegars, salsa, pork lard, and chicken stock. Our products contain no preservatives and are made fresh with whole plants and fruits. We maintain a strong focus on preserving microbial life in our ferments. We grow and make all of our products by hand without the use of a tractor. This helps us reduce toxic emissions and focus on getting our hands dirty and having fun. Our wines and vinegars are Certified Organic and Bee Better Certified.
