Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

• Manage emails, customer inquiries, and wholesale outreach.
  Order fulfillment and tracking.
• Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Lab support person - assisting Lab manager in tincture production process.

Social Media & Marketing ** These skills are great, but not necessary for the position.

• Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and Shopify.
• Monitor social media comments, messages, and community engagement.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and influencer partnerships.
• Create engaging campaign emails to customers via Klaviyo.
• Track social media, email, and website performance and suggest optimizations.

Shopify & Sales Support

• Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on Shopify and Amazon.
• Process orders, refunds, and customer service requests.
• Provide support for online promotions and email marketing.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of administrative, e-commerce, or social media experience.
• Proficiency in Shopify, social media management, and email platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Passion for wellness, natural products, or the mushroom industry is a plus!
