Chuckie B's Meatballs started as a side job coming out of the Covid time period that took on a life of its own and now is a growing local business. Our featured menu consists of our Signature Meatballs, Homemade Sauce, Eggplant Rollatini, several specialty meatballs and Turkey Chili, we recently added a pasta line. All items are handmade and we use locally sourced items when available. Currently our business is online and 5 local farmers markets (West Chester, Malvern, Downingtown, Eagleview & Berwyn). Our kitchen is located at the Artisan Exchange in West Chester where we cook our menu items. We intend to continue our growth organically and provide a high quality product to our local communities.
Job description
Our kitchen helper will assist in most phases of our production process including kitchen prep (peeling, chopping, inventory), menu production (rolling meatballs, food creation & packaging/labeling) and kitchen management (clean up, dish washing, sweeping/mopping). This position can develop into farmers market assistance, if applicant is interested.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
